House Trindelvej
It is also possible to rent a house which is located about 10 minutes walk from the Toftegården farm. The house is a modernized one-level 30-century yellow Skagenhouse. The house is completely modernized, 1996-2000 and divided into two parts with a total area of 115 m2. Part 1 (main house) is 91 m2 with 4-6 beds. Part two (side building) is at 24 m2 with 4 beds. Both parts are equipped for self catering and is fully furnished.
Part 1 (main house 91 m2)
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen with standard equipment for self catering. Refrigerator and freezer. Stove and oven. Microwave. Coffee makers, etc..
Dining:
Dining table with extra leaves. 40-10 seats.
Living room:
Bright furnished living room in a modern design with the Radio and Television (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and international channels).
Two large bedrooms:
Two large bedrooms with double beds, pillows and quilts. From one of the bedrooms is the gate to the terrace.
Bathrooms:
Shower and toilet. Tiled floor with underfloor heating.
Part two (side building 24 m2)
Kitchenette:
Kitchenette. Two hot plates. Cool. Normal kitchen equipment. Coffee Maker.
Rooms:
Large room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. Radio and TV (Swedish, and Danish satellite channels).
Bathroom:
Shower and toilet.
Additional Information
Heat / Water:
Central heating, thermostatic element in all rooms. Municipal water and sewage.
Garden/Outdoor area:
Outside the main house we have an outdoor area with furniture. Possibility of barbequing.
Parking:
Two parking spaces are available on the yard.
Prices / Rates:
1: Low season weeks 1-25, 36-52
2: High season weeks 26-30 and 31-35 weekends
3: Extra = Ascension Day, Skagen Festival the first weekend in July and the last two weekends in August.
Self-catering prices for 8 persons per day: 1: 1600 2 DKK: DKK 1840 3: 2000 DKK
Week of 26-30 weekly unless otherwise agreed.
